The room was spacious and had a comfortable seating area, but the pillows were too small for my liking. the two TVs were a nice touch, offering entertainment options. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. the biscuits were hard and dry, and there was a lack of variety with no bacon or sausage, only rubbery hard-boiled eggs. the coffee also didn't meet my expectations. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel was very clean and conveniently located near the airport. the front lobby was beautifully decorated for the Fall season, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast service may have been lacking, but the pool area was exceptionally clean and inviting. the rooms exceeded my expectations, being well-appointed and spotless. One major hiccup during my stay was the lack of airport shuttle service when I needed it at 5 AM. It caused me significant stress as I nearly missed my flight. This experience highlights the importance of double-checking shuttle services for early morning flights. In conclusion, while there were some ups and downs during my stay at Country Inn & Suites, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and well-maintained facilities, but with a word of caution to confirm transportation arrangements in advance, especially for early morning flights.
